- Must have Original Passport . Passport should be valid for atleast six months from the date of submission of the visa.
- Income Tax Returns
- 2 Latest/Recent Photographs with with backgroud , Size 50 X 50mm, with matte- finish and 80% face close-up .
- Financial documents such as Networth(Assets/Property), Bank statements, Fix Deposits /any other related document.
- Proof of Employment i.e Appointment letter, Leave letter from the company, Employment Contract ,Pay slips.
- For business applicants , Copy of business registration , Business cards, Income tax, Networth report, Copy of current account statement & Balance sheet
- Must have sufficient funds to support yourself in USA .
- Itinerary /Tour Plan
- Proof of stay i.e Hotel Booking.
- A copy of Air Ticket(Round Ticket)
The applicant's sponsor needs to provide the following documents:
- Sponsorship letter with the declaration of support
- Invitation letter
- Financial documents(Bank Statements & Savings) of the sponsor
- Proof of residency - Green card and other documents like Utility bills.
- Proof of Employment i.e Appointment letter, Leave letter from the company, Employment Contract ,Pay slips.
- Gather all Above documents and fill DS-160 form online .
- Pay Fee of USD 160 Per Person(Subject to Change)
- Once form is submitted , Take an appointment in concerned consulate based on availability.
- Carry all the original documents (Including original Passport) for biometrics & Interview.
- Once Interview is done by the consulate , The average processing time is 3 working days to stamp the Visa.
